Toda House, a private residence in Hiroshima that resembles a continuous swirling coil pot. This incredible project is the work of Kimihiko Okada. The building is effectively a long winding corridor, widening and narrowing at various points; luckily residents have used the space perfectly. Not only does it create a dynamic space, but it also produces a lawn as well.
It is located at the edge of the residential area and the architecture was requested to have a view over the roof of the neighboring house. The house is open to the view and yet protected from the fear and environment. Let’s check out this great project by Kimihiko Okada!
