Here we have wonderful rendered photos from the latest Octane Render Competition. Octane for 3ds Max is a quite well integrated version of the render, but The Integration doesn’t yet support all the functionality of max but is definitely as easy to use as Maxwell. The 6000 sq ft building provide welcoming space and information hub for new residential development in the area, as well as work as an exhibition space, hosting launches and meetings in the near future. Leo A Daly Selected To Build SAC Federal Credit Union Headquarters

The famous international architecture, engineering, program management and interior design firm Leo A Daly have been appointed to provide design and engineering services for SAC Federal Credit Union’s new corporate headquarters in Papillion, Nebraska. The estimated cost of the project is $20 million and is expected to begin later this summer with a scheduled completion in spring 2014. New York based architects Diller Scofidio and Renfro in collaboration with International practice Gensler have recently proposed the design for a modern, state-of-the-art medical and graduate education center in Washington Heights. The 14-storey building features tech-savvy classrooms, medical simulation center, advanced learning facilities, auditorium, operating rooms, collaboration spaces, student lounges and cafeterias.
