The striking house make-over of the Mosi Residence in South Africa was completed by Architectural firm, Nico van der Meulen Architects. The brief to the architect was to create a single-storey home with an urban feel. The house itself was a 1950′s house, and now redesigned into a timeless modern space and a much better flow.
The single-storey building allows for multiple large volumes of space and flat roofs have been used in a vertical expansion of the change to keep in mind for future clients. To enter the private area of the house, you have to cross a bridge over a new feature of internal water which breaks the public and private spaces.
