This contemporary Cliff House was designed by Scott Allen Architecture and is situated in Gig Harbor Washington. The Cliff House was built in response to the unique challenge of its site. It is situated with its back opposite to a natural cliff and its face opened to the stretch of calming water. The new structure puts back a former guest house and boathouse to make a new energy efficient stable structure.
To the southern part of the house, an outdoor living space is made between the house and a new boathouse. Stairs that lead down to the water and form a series of terraces, decks and bridges create spaces for outdoor living and entertaining. This area also has a wood-burning pizza oven and an outdoor fireplace. It is no doubt an ideal place to live, take a look!
