This unique Beach & Howe Tower proposal was designed by Bjarke Ingels Group. The twisting tower rises up from a triangular base away from the noisy highway in order to minimize its shade impact on a park across the street. The building is designed to become part of the new strategy, a futuristic urban Canadian city.
It is a 49-storey residential tower with a 9-storey podium which includes market rental housing, commercial uses, and a childcare facility. With a total height of 150 meters it will be the highest building in the southern part of the city and also the fourth highest in the entire Vancouver. Take a look!
