Designed by Damilano Studio Architects, the Vidre Negre Office building is located in Cuneo, Piedmont, Italy. Surfaced with faceted black glass and integrated PV panels, the split prismatic form creates a strong and dynamic profile amidst the landscape of native plantings.
In plan the building is on the east-west, in two wings divided by a central block of facilities (stairs, toilets and bars). The open plan office spaces are the rule with the exception of the executive suites which are to be found in the separate extended part of the building. The entire structure is of type point with beams and reinforced concrete pillars brick and cladding.
