Architect practice Najjar & Najjar from Vienna designed this ultra-contemporary villa in Austrian city Linz, which is also known as  “Villa A”. The home overlooks the city and, apart from its breathtaking views, it also provides intimacy through natural stonework that has been used to create a series of modern fence-like structures.

The house is partly carved into the hill and opens from a hall into the kitchen and dining area. It feels freedom and overwhelming luxury, when you see all the functional spaces with modern interior touch in this villa. The villa provides protection to its residents from extreme hotness in summer season because of its roof, which is extended on both sides of building. An energy efficient equipment on the roof collects the sun and uses green energy to support the structure`s needs.
