The Carpinteria Foothills Residence was designed by Neumann Mendro Andrulaitis Architects, and is located in Carpinteria, California. This contemporary residence was built with panoramic 360-degree views of the outstanding coastal area. According to the Architects the design was evolved from the client’s desire for a home perfect for living, art and retreat.
The plan asked for a master suite, single guest room, a study for two, a more contained den and an informal open living space, so they could share with their children and grand children. Each room in the home is built for privacy or full views depending on the owners’ mood. Have a look!
