Håkansson Tegman house was designed by Johan Sundberg and is located in Höllviken, south of Malmo, Sweden. Hakansson Tegman House is one of those houses transformed into a permanent residence. This contemporary residence is owned by a middle-aged couple with children who looking to get away from the busy urban areas.
The residence includes three small bedrooms located in the northern wing of the house, while the western wing is a continuous sequence of spaces consisting of dining room, a kitchen, living area, library and winter garden. The modern Tegman House also features large windows throughout together with sliding glass doors.
