This beach house architecture with contemporary interior design created by Katon Redgen Mathieson. The house was designed to maximize the uninterrupted views of Icebergs and the beach. To the east, one of the double height openings leads to a terrace with views to the ocean.

The ground level houses the entry hall and two bedrooms, one bedroom opens onto a garden courtyard planted with a stand of bamboo, while the other opens to the courtyard with views of the beach. The top floor accommodates the master bedroom suite that also includes a dressing room. In the basement there are two car garages, wine cellar, laundry, and service area.
